I traveled in KPN bus from Bangalore to Salem. Bus Number KA 43 9919. Date Oct 15. Time 11.15 PM. This bus came late. This conductor was rough to all passengers. He was drunk. Driver also using bad words about KPN management all the way.
KPN does not care about how their staff behave.
