Me mohanraj, i booked the ticket in coimbatore in kpn travels on 06.02.2008 for travel on 06.02.2008 for coimbatore to bangalore, in that they had given the reporting time as 9.45p.m and departuring time 10.15 p.m. and due to some
inconsistency (when i started from my home, local bus came late to our stop and drunken man made problem with conductor, so bus stopped and after that some people sloved that issue and then bus started and reached travels stopped, then i went to kpntravels, gandhipuram, coimbatore by 10.15, ) i went late to office, and then in that, office guys had told, this is not a right place to get bus, he asked me to go near office which is at sathy road, coimbatore. so i catched the auto and i went there within 3 min. there i reached by 10.20, 5 min late to that office, when i asked in that office they told, bus had already went... then i asked to refund some amount of money, for that they are telling, we wont refund the money, u have to book fresh another ticket which is of rs.440., usually when i am getting bus in banglore, bus will come late by 1 hr alteast, and one more thing they are cheating the ticket booked people like this and they are selling the ticket more than 1000 rupess, which the actual ticket rate is 300 or 350 rupees only, please take the action immediately...
