Dear Sir,

I transferred my gas connection from Mumbai to Visakhapatnam one year back and submitted all the papers including my coustomer book to the Gajuwaka K Sreeramulu & Sons Gas company. In reply he just wrote me a coustomer no. as 033492 on the book and did not given me any receipt or voucher. I had asked for the same. He told me that this branch is not as computerised as Mumbai branch, So this is enough for your future reference.

Now I am requesting for transfer my connection from Gajuwaka branch to Malkapuram branch. He denied to do that and misbehaved with me and thrown the book away, and asked to submit all the vouchers & receipts.

I request you to kindly do me a favour in this regards.
