Us broke down and made to wait for 7 long hours in night

I (with family) was travelling in Bangalore&-gt;Sringeri KSRTC Rajahamsa bus on 06/05. Booking PNR number is J23239122.

Bus brokedown 18 Km from Kunigal at 11:45 PM. We were made to wait on the highway till 7:00AM next morning.

We faced a lot of problem because of this.
