Online booking - Server is busy always during festival season

When trying to book tickets through KSRTC website, it always gives error message that " Server is busy. Please try after sometime... sorry for the inconvenience". This happens mostly during the diwali, christmas, new year & Pongal seasons.

Please help the consumers to book tickets through online facility.
