Transaction failed

I tried to book a e-ticket on 18-01 from Sathyamangalam to mysore thro' KSRTC's website using my ICICI Internet banking facility.

The amount Rs. 82 was deducted, from the ICICI account, but the ticket couldnot be booked and the "transaction Failed" message was displayed. My account no is 091801500138... Kindly I request to refund payment in my account. It's really frustrating.
