Conducter not issuing ticket after taking money

I started from Malleshwaram at 4pm on 4/2 8th cross to Yashwahthpur. I payed Rs 5 for ticket but conducter refused me for giving ticket. And after asking ticket several time he and driver dropped me near yeshwanthpur forcefully. I complaned about this at yeshwanthpur police station also.
