Us not stopped on request stating there is no stop for fast passengers

Today 23 rd May KSRTC bus no. TP 978 started from Chalakudy depot to

Ernakulam not stopped at karayamparambu on my request.

Hence i could not reach my destination in time.let me know whether

there is request stop at Karayamparambu for fast passengesr buses
