I had booked 4 tickets on 28/12

from bangalore to madurai Journey Date : 06/01

PNR NO: J15999515

and back from madurai to Bangalore Journey Date : 10/01

PNR NO: J15999516

My Login ID: ananthbaghade

But had to cancel those tickets as we had dropped out plan, when i canceled the tickets it said, the amount will be refunded with in 7 working days, but the amount has still not bee refunded, i had booked it through my credit card, I kindly request you to please let me know, when the amount will be refunded and whom do i need to contact in further.
