Once again KSRTC proved that they dont put enough thought on educating its staff and they never bother about the way they approach the public (consumer). I regularly travel from Sira to Tumkur and there is a non-stop bus whose end point is Banglore, this leaves at 7.15 everyday from Sira, today (31-08) due to less bus sira tc instructed to allow pass

and give stop in tumkur bipass he accepted and after reaching tumkur bipass both conductor and driver refuse to give stop in bipass they took me 10 km from the stop with abusing like any thing and told go and compliant

who ever you want and we wont bother like that so please take action like this rude staff to stop daily inconvenience service . bus number is
