Defect in the mattress

I had bought a Kurl-on Mattress from their authorised dealer in Ghaziabad U.P. but now it is not in good condition it got hard-pressed at various locations.

All I want to know is that can a company like Kurl-on be trusted? I would not recommend anyone to buy their C-Grade and highly priced mattresses.
