Kurlon mattress(APNA BRAND)
Mattress is sagged

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Kurlon mattress (3 X 6 FT") on 17 th sep.2008.from Hi sOCIETY Furnishing, jhanda chowk, Sakchi, Jamshedpur. It's hardly one month to go, now the mattress is sagging from one of its corner. I have contacted the said dealer, his response was shocking to me. He said that let the mattress be sagged, it's hardly one month, use it for another few months. It will be seeen afterwards. I request you to kindly guide me for proper action, so that it could be repeated with someone else.
