Lack of postal Knowledge 700 FPO

I have PPF account with 1 CBPO. I had requested for extension of 5 years after maturity. Since past one year I am facing problem of deposit in my PPFaccount. Nearest is 700 FPO where I deposit money in my PPF account. I regret to state that persons working at 700FPO are ignorant of postal rules, non co operative and cause harassment because of knowledge of postal rules. They had refused to accept deposit on maturity because instructions on extension had not come to them in spite of reminders. I requested them that as per rules money can be deposited and treated as per bank deposit but they remained adamant. I lost 4 months like this. Every time I go to 700 FPO their pet answer is "Post master is away please come after he returns from leave" RD affiliated to MIS has not been up dated because their answer is computer in mal functioning. May I request the authorities of 1 CBPO to educate the staff of 700 FPO and make them knowledgeable about the rules.
