The dealer did not attend leakage complaint

I made a complaint to the dealer at about 10.30 AM on 12.07.2008 on phone 2753500 regarding leakage of gas in the kitchen from cylinder. They promished to attend immediately. I gave them a reminder at about 3.30 PM on same date in their mobile no 9829083080, as they were not attending LandLine phone. They again made fake promish. I again reminded them in same mobile at 16.57 hrs to hear from them that checking of gas leakage is not their duty.

I phoned on emergency no 9928233087 at about 1700 hrs on same day. No action. Again I contacted the emergency no at about 2000 hrs. The leakage was finally taken care at abiut 21.30hrs by their emergency cell.
