Phone dead

I mr. paresh kanaiyalal shah having a landline telephone no- 27550864, which is not working from last ten deys. i have given a complain vide no- 84040. from last two months my telephone was dead for several times. some times it has been operative after seven days. you people have crossed all the limits for not giving a service. this month i am not going to pay the monthly bill if the complain is not attended by your side.even if required i will go to consumer court.
