I belong to patna bihar circle.i have been frustrated by the services provided by bsnl/landline for quite some time.our telephone was dead for a long time and despite our repeated querries no one was eager or interested in listening to our problem.moreover wrong billing was done during the time when our telephone was dead.no one recieved our complaint in the bihar circle of bsnl.after being frustrated with the services provided i humbly request you to kindly try to remedy our woe and angst we gone through
