Disconnection of Connection

IMMEDIATE

Dear Sir,

I have sent a mail to Mr. Raj Kishore Prusty, Head, CSD on 18.8.2009 at 7:50 pm but till date my telephone No.01142750021 is not disconnected. Neither I am receiving the previous bill for the last two months. Hence I request you to kindly disconnect the above immediately. I will not pay the new bill (i.e. September). Pramod Kumar. I have already given you my mobile no. also but till date no action.
