we are having 7 PCOs in the same account no.
Airtel is charging us @1.00 / pulse without giving any commission
concern after concern and no co concern for airtel
we want to know whether wrong billing was deliberate or fault insoftware and in both the cases why rectification not in time
we made payments more than due but even then connections disconnected as airtel wants full payment of worn bill
we got 2 connections disconnected outof 7 but retention people are also helpless
will airtel listen and wakeup or shoul we approach TRAI?
