Non receipt of carepack certificate/poor service

Dear sir,

I had purchased a laptop from your company in 2007. serial no CND74518V2, MODEL NO C713TU, PRODUCT NO GU007PA#ACJ. I PURCHASED A CARE PACK IN february.

I had the misfortune to send the laptop to your service centre in meerut (UP, India) for some minor repair of a USB port. TheLaptop was returned to me after 1 month. The problem had not been ractified but a new problem started of mousepad not working properly.

I again sent the said laptop to your same service centre. This time the usb port was repaired however the problem of mouse pad remained. the wi-fi and lid control of hibernation/shutdown started malfunctioning. Not to mention that the laptop was returned after more than 20 days.

I am now at a fix as to what to do to repair this laptop. this is absolutely unexpected from HP.
