Good morning. I have been gifted by the Lenevo Group K7 Antiirus package freely for one year with the license no KC71V-2D90-0590-9F0C-4D39. But since last seven days I find that the product is not automatically updated. When I go for updating manually it is reported that Updated failed &-quot;unable to retrive update files". Please suggest me what to do in this context.
