Cheque deposited but not cr in a/c

Dear sir

I have deposited two cheque of rs.4970/ each on dated 2.10.07and 1.01.08 which was debited in the bank of the drawer in the hdfc bank on the very next day I have complained to the icici bank in written on 22.04.09 only to day after exactaly 2 month have passed but my letter have not responded by the bank authorities so pl look into the matter seriously
