Cheque return issue

Dear sir,

aug 21st my cheque was return, at the time i was avail in chennai, i opened the account in trivandrum so many times i contact with customer care no to knew the status of chq return but there was no proper response also i directly went to tvm icici office, there was also the same till now i didnt knw the status of that chq whether its deliver or it will in tvm branch so i request you to make arrangements to provide status of tht chq asap
