i've purches this hcl leaptop at last few months, ma warrenty card no. is 10510756.from last 2 months the system is not working properly.it has software &as well as hardware problem.

i've already complaint in the service centre that is AVON BUSINESS Jabalpur.but they dont gave us a proper response.image are attached and showing the defective area.

i request you to see my complain immidiately. thankyou
