I purchased a Lenovo G400 series laptop in Oct'07 and now the motherboard is gone in just 19months, since my warranty expired i've been asked to pay Rs.15000/- for repair. Is lenovo a disposable laptop that crashes in just such a short while? is the price i paid around (Rs.38000/-) worth only these many months. Will the company not help me in anyway? A response would be appreciated.
