Hi,
I purchased a Lenovo S10 laptop - (S. No. - EB10292080) on the 21st of May. and within a week i.e. on 27th morning itself, the computer failed to start up.
I have tried almost all the phone numbers and emails given on Lenovo site, but found no one taking ownership of providing the service for the same.
Anyways I would not like to have my laptop repaired within a week of purchase and need a refund of the entire amount I paid for the worst quality product.
Please help em in getting the same.
