On 27/10 i purchased a lenovo pc of serial no. MB25242 & model no. 53122LQ. That time there was an offer from lenovo to chose two options out of seven given options so i chose a two year extended warranty and a printer. I was told to register my gifts from internet i did that also thereafter i was asked to send some documents to Noida i send that through courier afterward there is not any reply and till date i am emptyhanded. it is very embarrasing for me to say that it is a very poor kind of service... If there is not any delay from me in submiting the required documents then why it is from your side??? I wish you all could take actions on this problem and help me out... from the last five to six months i am calling to service centres... registring complaints but there is no any feedback so help me regarding this problem early...
