i ve lenovo 38Q model no laptop.i ve a problem .when i shutdown then computer then coming shutdown message but computer is not shutdown full. after some time it 'll already fine.after sometime there is a problem .tell me whats a problem .how it resolve. as soon as possible .give me toll free no to talk to them to engineer. thanks
