Lenovo Y 510 - Tatasky dish not sent

Sir,

Yesterday I got the Tatasky box (receiver) with remote through Blue Dart Courier. When will I get the dish and cable to get the connection OR any person from Tatasky will give the dish and connect it? Please clarify me - Further do I need to pay any installation fee.
