Faulty Operating System

I purchased this LENOVO 7761 3AQ on 21st apr when i press the ONE BUTTON RECOVERY key, a faulty Vista Operating System is loaded. I have mailed/called up the customer care for Lenovo, but all in vain... the warrany perion will be expiring next week, please help me get this problem resolved.
