Charged money double the market rate

This case is against the following retailer

I was charged Rs 2300 for Kingston Laptop 2GB DDR2 PC2-5300 667 MHZ ram where as the market price for the same at other retailer were varying from 1150- 1200 Rupees. I was charged double the actual cost. when i tried to formally convey this to the UNIQUE infoway retailer, they said that they were charging thisas infrastructure cost.

I have full receipt for the purchase that I have made at the above retailer.

Please help me so that the justice is done in this case.
