I have purchased a Lenovo Laptop 3000 Y410 model no:-7757 87Q, submitted all papers to Lenovo Customer Care, C/o, Channel Technologies, Noida01 on 29/10.

But, on 12/12 I received a parcel from Channel Technologies with one piece half jacket, one piece saree and 14 copies of Indian Management Magazine, while I claimed for a UPS and a printer.
