Sent defective product, no replacement even after series of calls

I had ordered a MP3 player for Rs.640 including shipping charges, and the product was dispatched on 18th nov. Order no 5008859.

After receiving the product, I discovered the below mentioned issues with the same :

1) Extra Rs40 were charged from me, even when the shipping charges were already paid. and It was written on the box not to collect any extra charges.

2) No bill and no 1 year warranty was sent along with the box.

3) When I opened the box, I discovered that the mp3 player was faulty, It didn't worked at all.

Since then, I am trying to call the store owner, PS ENTERPRISES, delhi, Mr Naresh 09870592779 . Initially he assured me to provide me the replacement for the same. I continued to contact him, when the replacement was not received even after 2 weeks.

The game goes on like this: I am calling the store owner again and again, but all in vain, and now that guy has stopped picking my calls even. In fact he switches off his phone on seeing my no.

So I request you to please look into the issue and provide me the replacement for the same, so that I can continue to trust rediff shopping and take this relationship further.
