No response from customer care

Dear sir,

I have purchaged a Lenovo Laptop on 31st May. Again I have extended its warranty under your 2 yrs warranty extension scheme through your representative of aforeserve, Patna by paying Rs. 5800 in form of cheque (Which has been cleared in dec'2008) on 19th Dec. 2009.

But its a matter of great sorrow that despite of repeated request, no any document has sent to me by your office regarding the same. I have requested to all of you through mail or phone several times, but got no any positive response fromyour end.

Now you are compelling me to go under legal advice for the same if again you are not taking any action to solve my problem.
