Extented waranty papers

I have purchased the above product from SIMCO COMPUTERS, Agra (U.P.) on 21.06.2008. there was a scheme for three years warranty on this product. Registration for the scheme was done via email and registration code RED 10445294714530 was given. Till now i have not received any paper regarding the extented warranty.
