Cpu no functioning properly

Dear all,

I brought a lenovo pc from Gajuwaka dealer on July'07.

After switching on the ups when i'm trying to switch on cpu it is not functioning properly. Some time is consuming for cpu to get on.

Please look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
