Dear concerned person,

This Is Varunkarthik, On 20th Aug, . I bought one split room Air conditioner (Model No: LSA5QW2VF1-AE4STRI) Sr, No. Unit:90STRLY003856 from BAGHYAA ENTERPRISES (HAMEEDIA SHOOPING MALL, NO:108, 109, TRIPLICANE HIGH ROAD, TRIPCICANE, CHENNAI-600005. At that time of purchase I asked for a fresh piece from them, I payed full cash, but they forced me to buy a display item. They also gave me guarranty that if anything happens, it will be take back immediately replaced with newone.(that persion name) NARAIEN.

From the very first day of installation, very fast, from the product abnormal sound is coming Noise from outdoor unit fan motor and several times on dated 21/08/09 i informed to Mr;narieen had been contacted and the techinical people has check my ac indoor, and pepole said fan moter problemed, manufactured damaged.the two people to discuss to senior officer mr dinish through cell..I talk to concern persion.iam not intrested to service I bought only new peace four days back so i need replacement my indoor part new piece.the pepole said we spoke to informed complained my head and sales persion Mr: Baghyaa Enterprises. He said we give change new piece to indoor plant. And agian reconform I spoke to Mr: Narieen. He also said Assurance to give me.we will change new pieces he said u wait for two days .on dated 23/08/09.So iam waiting for two days no any phone call to Bayhayaa Enterprises side, Agian i call to speak to narieen on dated :26/08/09 he said again wait sir, at present no stock my side send compliend to lg custmer care, we change new peace u dont worry.ok. so I stright away will meet to direct (baghyaa Ent), meet one staff girl she told me, narien is not avilabile he went to family tour i doknow your problem, pl u come to after three day after he will come back, so iam very shock and suffered 27/08/09.I try to mobile Mr: narien somany times, not working.& reaching. Next day Again we call to narieen he pick my call.he told sorry, sorry for delay sir, today we solve the problem, dont worry sir, he convinced my mind set.more than half hour. Then i think narieen is not response persion, he is only customer cheeting persion and he not fit to sales he is cheeted to me saled used & dammaged air condisioner so i got number Mr Dhanasekar, Custmer persion then i final talk to mr dhanasekar, .he also said to clear this problem assurance to talk with me on dated 03/08/09.at 7-37.pm. So iam waiting for one day Tomorrow, If your not taking action your side.for change the my indoor piece. Any responce your side, Then We take finial action. Iam a press pepole Advertising Company.(your dealears& service pepole, very poor service activites) I published bit notice press & tv channel, issue the all press. I got all proof referance and evediance, cell phone voice recorder,
