Bad after sales customer service

Purchased a 30litre microwave on 12th july'08. brand new microwave gets faulty within 1 week.complaint filed at customer centre and request for replacemen. over a month now, have been calling various numbers given by various contact points of LGbut Microwave not yet replaced. LG shows a 45 seconds add on TV for excellent customer care.

wondering who to reach now??? Plesae help
