Malfunctioning of fridge

I brought this fridge for app.30, 000 Rs and 1 month after the date of purchase it began functioning improperly. the refrigerator stops cooling on its own and 2-3 yrs have passed there is no improvement. the engineers came for 3-4 times but their attempts to settle the fridge were useless.
