Earlier i m a pride owner of LG product, i always recommend my known to's for purchsing LG product, but now i feel very sorry for them, for convincing to purchase Lg devices.
As i m suffering from worst services & product provided to me, i have two lg split AC one onto my shop and another one is at my home.the new one which i had purchased on 20 April but yet no one came to give me a demo. Two person came to my home come for demo without any information and just signed the paper and move out.after two days i had called the service center again but no response yet another side my shop ac, i had complained my shop ac that it giving noise problem it give a sound like a bus started, i had complain lots of time but no action taken yet.my request to higher authorities please do the needful
i also called to the MR.SUNIL (SERVICE HEAD DELHI) his contact no is 9811354749 but he is not to be ready to talk to the custmor.
