I am facing so much delay in repairing of my split ac. my ac is in warranty period. i bought it in feb. 09 and on 13 may 09 i installed my ac, it can't work. when i complain it then one worker from service center (not LG engineer) came and broke U-Coil of AC and leaked all gas of ac and then he call to the engineer and he said that it will be charged to you. I complain on 14 may 09 and till no other action will be taken yet. i called so many numbers but nothing will done. i am using many LG products in house and never seen this type of delay in processing. please take immediate action fro this.
