VERY BAD PRODUCT

I HAVE PURCHASED ONE LG A/C FROM ONE OF THE DEALER IN NEW DELHI WHEN THE A/C WAS INSTALLED AFTER INSTALLING THE A/C, IN A WEEK TIME THE BLOWER WAS MAKING NOICE AND BLOWER WAS NOT WORKING THEN WE CALLED UP AT THE CUSTOMER CENTRE THE GUY CAME AND HE SAID I WILL REPLACE THE BLOWER I TOLD HIM I DONT WANT TO REPLACE IT, I NEED NEW A/C THEN HE SAID WE CANNOT DO THIS . THEN WE CALLED UP THE DEALER (MR.PUNEET OWNER OF THE SHOP) THEY WERE SO GOOD NEXT DAY THEY CHANGED IT. THANKS TO THEM AND NOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE DISPLAY OF THE A/C I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE FROM 15DAYS AND I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM A GUY WHO WAS SO ROUD AND HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER (MY COMPLAINT ID IS: N8C81502141) SO I TOLD HIM IS THAT THE WAY TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMERS THEN HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL .THEN ON 18/08/08 SOMEBODY CAME AND HE SAID WHY YOU HAVE TAKEN THE LG A/C INSTEAD OF THIS YOU SHOULD BOUGHT SOME OTHER BRAND LIKE VOLTAS, O GENERAL ETC... SO THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION ONE SHOULD NOT BUY THE LG PRODUCTS NEVER NEVER NEVER... NEVER... NEVER BUY LG PRODUCTS... BUT THANKS TO MR.PUNEET THAT HE HELPED US LAST TIME, AND WE HAVE TOLD HIM AGAIN LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS...
