Bad Quality product and no customer care at all

I had bought 3 window and one split LG air condioners from M/s Eendee Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd in 2006.One window started giving trouble from day one and now even the compressor has also gone. It was repaired about 4/5 times in the first year of my buying it.

Mr. Jitesh of M/s Eendee Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd.was quite nice till the warranty was in force but there after he refused to co-operate inspite of me calling him up more than 10 times.

Finally i lodged a complaint with the customer care they sent people from M/s Comfortpoint to collect 2 air conditioners 1 for change of compressor and the other one for refill of gas and they promised to install them back by June 30.

What is sickening is that these people do not listen at all they promise to install them the next day.

LG should refrain from appointing such dealers and companies to carry out repaires. If this is the treatment to a buyer who has bought 4 air conditioners i can imagine the state of buyers who have bought a single unit.
