Without taking much of your time; wish to highlight lack of initiative on LG Customer Service. We normally purchase all consumer durable goods from LG stable. The reason is the service received by us in past. But this time around no representative visited for demonstration and now we had a very disappointing feedback from LG customer service team.
We bought a LCD TV 2-3 months back from Vijay Sales, Mumbai. As my father was admitted to hospital we could start using the set only by December monthend. We noticed a crack in the sound. We tried few adjustment options like, Cinema, Music, Sports etc.., we tried adjusting Bass, treble etc.. but when nothing worked we decided to call LG representative. Your representative agreed to the fact the LCD was hardly used and there is manufacturing defect and they would replace the speakers. As I was skeptical about the quality of the product I asked if he could replace the LCD, he replied, if any other fault occurs in next few months they would replace the piece. I wanted them to give this writing for which they disagreed.
Now whether you want us to use the repaired piece (which is just 2-3 months old) and regret taking LG LCD or you would want to provide us with a customer delight experience.
I have following up with LG customer service for quite some time now without any resolution from their side. Kindly let me know if you could assist in getting this resolved.
