3.5 Hrs. Mobile Charging Time & 1.5 Hrs. talktime of RD 3510 LG Handset

Visited Alkapuri Baroda LG Service Center-WindsorPlaza for repairing of LG RD-3510 mobile CDMA Reliance Mobile. It has total Charging time 3.5 hrs & talk time 1.5 hrs only. I complained before this to Reliance Customer Care. They gave me new service Request No: 95197504. Mr. Jignesh Maru from that LG service center said that 3.5 hrs. charging time is normal. Once they replaced my charger. but same problem is there. But, then he replied that it is normal 3.5 Hrs. Charging Time. But on mobile box LG writes "Very good Battery Back-up".
