I have request for the AC complaint on 07/08 request id. N9C80710390.

When there is no response from your side I launched another complaint on 11/08 request id. N9C81107588, the tele customer executive told that your complaint will solve within 2 hours. But till date there is no call from service engineer.

According to your website they claim "PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER SALES SERVICE", but this not suits to LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.
