Air Conditioner AMC Services

I have paid for Annual Maintainance Contract for my LG Make Air Conditioner in January where in they were suppose to complete 4 services in last one year. Till date no service is provided and now AC is not giving required output.

Complaints registered are nor attended, over and above receiving messages on feedback whether I am satistifed with the service provided.

Please help.
