I got issue in my LG washing machine from mid of June 08, I have logged complain with LG customer care. after logging the issue there is no update form LG. then i followed up several time and finally one engineer come to check washing machine after two week. That engineer came along with his trainee, he checked all and told there is PCB issue, we need to replace. after that hter is no update from service centre, then i called LG requested for escallation. then there is no update from them i been figthin with LG customer care fro three weeks and the again coame to my place without appoint ment and given common report as PCB replacement reprot.
whenever we call LG customer care they will apologise for each and evary thing but if the person is apologise they should not repat that mistake again. but they using apologise and irretated me lot.. because progress is null..00000...
last week agian i called them and figthing then to transfer the call to escalation person.. that peron is not transfering and updating me that they escalation will come in after noon only.. if you ask for escalation person on evening 6pm the will escaltion person will available only on morning..
Last week i had very tough discussion with LG customer care finnal they sent one person for replacing PCB, its faulty one...
They commited me the PCB will be replaced in Mid for june but still they answer that waiting for stock. i checked with them they told who all having this modle in bangalore and whoo all logged the PCB .. they are still waiting for replacement. i dont know this statement is true or false... but for same LG model washing machine advertisement is running TV :) :(... i dont know... whats going in and around LG LG CUST Care and LG Service support...
