Poor Service from Service Centre & Pretending for non-availabilty of Parts

Dear sir,

I have purchased LG DVD Player on - - - (within the year) and same was find fault (Power off autometically) within six month so it is given to the authorised service centre. He delayed it for 15-20 days saying that the said problem was due to the power code and it is not available. After that i came used it later after a month gone i found that the same is happening with a new problem (auto eject of any Cd or Dvd) so i again returned to the said Service Station, complained about this but nothing happend they are pretending to same type and ignored this again 19days.

And my problem is they are saying we cant repair this... Please give some effective advice and oblidge.
