Sir, one of your service is available in palayamkottai, tamilnadu. I gave my LG DVD writter for service. They told me that it will be available within a week, but it is morethan three weeks till now iam waiting for my writter. They are not giving me a proper reply also.please take necessary steps to provide good customer service... very poor customer service
