I have purchased a KP500 mobile in the month of Nov 09. From the time I have purchased I am facing issues with the touch screen, the touch screen becomes on operational, ie, the touch pad does not respond at all (basically the screen hangs).
I have visited customer care at least 5times till date and there is no solution for the problem. List of actions that was taken on my mobile sofar.
• Software was upgraded.
• Touch pad was replaced.
• Circuit (PBC) was replaced.
In spite of above actions, the issue has not been rectified. The screen still hangs and does not allow me to operate. Last time when I visited the service center, now they claim that there might be some issue with the SD card. I am not sure if the service center is capable of handling the issue, as it seems to me that they incompetent to handling such issues.
HOPE SOME ONE RESPONSIBLE READS THIS MAIL AND TAKE ACTION.
